My personal teaching style is aimed at building strength (heat) and endurance (discipline) within the body so that the mind can become quiet, by completely focusing on observing physical sensations. In these moments of mental clarity, I believe that we can truly connect to our highest self.
My classes are cardio intensive and strength building yet restorative and deeply meditative. They are accessible regardless of your experience and fitness level.
My studies of traditional Hatha / Vinyasa yoga, my background in dance & Pilates, and my love for all sorts of physical exercise (Surfing, HIIT training, Swimming, etc.) have all given me a deep awareness and understanding of the body and it's many systems. This awareness guides the physical asana to effectively strengthen & tone the body and more importantly, to rehabilitate past injuries & prevent future injury.

METHOD

+STRENGTH: Dynamic strength building & cardio based sequencing
+ TONING: Lengthening and toning of muscles, particularly of the core, through traditional Pilates and dance techniques.
+ RECOVERY:Deep fascial stretching and total body restoration with Yin Yoga techniques.
+ CLARITY: Meditation and intention setting to begin and end each session.
+ SPIRITUAL EXPORATION: Each session is based on a different theme, inspired by Astrology, Tarot, and messages that I have intuited through my own practice.
