Yoga is the pathway to stillness.

 

It is within the stillness that we can find out true essence and receive the wisdom of our Soul, our Higher Self. To achieve this stillness, I believe that we first have to challenge the body. We have to generate internal heat to burn away the fears and attachments that keep us from living at our fullest potential. We have to challenge our egos, which convince us to stay small & play safe.

Through the heat, we must maintain the focus and internal awareness that allow us to find grace and ease within physical challenges; to find fluidity yet stability. 

 

 I blend physical asana (postures), meditation, and pranayama (breath work) to access the most authentic part of yourself, your Soul, and use this as a guide for your life forward. In the stillness, you can tune into your truest desires to then set authentic intentions for your life. Asana anchors and grounds these intentions in the body, allowing us to embody the feelings of gratitude, humility, confidence, and passion that will truly manifest our dreams.
